I read all of the negative reviews and can't help but think "IS this the same community Im in'" It seems just the opposite. The apartments are very spacious and affordable. And the below mentioned James and other supers are very nice and helpful with my family. They help out whenever they can. And i actually know the poeple who live above him and he didn't "choose" them, they are actually my friends who have moved into the community. You can here your neighbor below/above you, however the reason for this is because the buildings were built a while ago when there were different standards. However you get used to apartment living sounds very quickly, it is similair in any other complex. They recently re-did the outside and inside of the apartments and the are BEAUTIFUL!! My neighbors are great. I would definately recomend checking it out!
