This place is a total waste of money. Most of the people who live here are trash. Their kids run all over the place with no supervision . Their kids destroy everythig and are rude. The walls here are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor does. In my unit alone i know of two apts that have 6 to 8 people living a small two bedroom apt! One of these tenants has 3 dogs, 4 cats and a rabbit. This place is overcrowded and dirty. Pet owners do not pick up after their pets or walk them on leashes. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!

Along with what ever everyone else has said, there is an nasty smell that comes around every spring/summer that is unbearable. There has been numerous complaints to enviornmental groups plus news 12 because there has to be a health hazard. Most people put their ac's on to avoid smelling it, it's like a sewer smell. So unless you want to keep all your windows closed all season, I do not recommend this complex!!

I agree with everything everyone else has posted. This place is a rip off and its not worth the money. It take forever to get anything fixed. Kids are roaming around unattended. Most of the people that are here are white trash. Living in a downstairs is the worste. You hear everything that your neighbors are doing, every move. The walls are papper thin and the rugs are horrible. In the summer you have to keep your windows closed because of the sewer smell coming from the ceaspool. Its gross. The parking is horific. Never enough parking and the sups here park there work trucks in our spots leaving even less room for us to park.
