This place sucks ass. The walls are paper thin and Fairfield rents to dirt badgs and has no consideration for the people that live there and alowing 400 pound elephants to live in an upstairs apartment. My ceilings look like they are gonna cave in from the fat ----- that lives upstairs from me. The walls sound like they are going to crack and shes going to fall threw the ceiling. Lake Pointe at Fairfield of Middle Island is a rip off. $1,390 for what, to have to listen to your neighbors fat asses trolop across the floor and to here there --- ass music. They don't car when you call to complain about your neighbors. Just dont be late with your rent or they will charge you 15% of your $1,390 rent. The parking sucks and the smell of the sewers is enough to make a person puke. Don't be fooled by the new outsides. The inside suck and the selfs are always falling off the wall. The apartment is not energy eficient and it costs an average of $180 for lipa. It may take up to 3 weeks for the maintenance guy to fix something if your not a slut willing to pay with lip service. RETHINK COMING HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
