I wrote a review earlier before, giving a rating of 4. However, after moving out of the apartment two months ago, I have to change my opinion completely.

As one of the reviewer mentioned earlier, they charge $150 for the so-called "re-decoration" fee. Now, the fee increased to $300. We were told that we didn't have to worry about the wall and the carpet because of the re-decoration fee we paid up-front. However, this is not true.

After moving out of the apartment, we got a tiny portion of our $1500 deposit back: ONLY $130!!!!!! We were shocked to see how much has been deducted from our deposit. Reasons' Carpet!! They ripped off the carpet and replaced it with a new one, and asked us to pay for it!!! Isn't that rediculous'

We called Jo and she was very very very very rude. She said the carpet was worn so that they had to replace it. Come on. After almost two years, for that type of cheap-quality carpet, how comes it won't be worn' Jo refused to even give us a reasonable explanation and hung up the phone rudely.

I don't think we can get any money back. But anyone who might consider living there. Take our advice: Stay away!!!! You don't want to be told that you won't be held responsible for something but end up paying big bucks for it. Not worth it!
