	My Fiancee and I rented from Pinewood Estates for about six months. I have to say the only thing positive we got out of the place was saving about $200.00/month in rent. About 80% of the population are seniors....or old ... more

	Predominantly retirement housing - mostly unfriendly, rude and nosy. Apartments are beautiful, but not worth the aggravation. Life is too short to deal with unhappy miserable human beings.
