Service is a thing of the past in most places but the team here really care about taking care of us. I never have to call a second time to get things fixed and the men are neat and clean. The people in the office are so nice I wouldn't think of living any where else.

I also spoke to someone from the office - the complex is sold - hopefully the new management company will be better than the current one. I don't have any problems in my apartment, (I actually LOVE my place) - but I would like to see something done in regards to the laundry rooms. Overall, I am very comfortable here.

Definitely looks like a very generic post by an employee. Who do you call to fix things? Certainly not the management office. The men are neat and clean??? You mean the heavy-set guy with the greasy hair and the moustache? The same one who blows through the stop sign in the Ridge? Ha. The people in the office nice? You mean Margaret? ROFLMAO! Or maybe your post was meant to be sarcastic?

To complete the post of 9/21/07. What the author did not mention is that Morgan Properties MERGED with Westminster Mgmt (currently running the Gardens Communities). Change???

The new management company is horrible. They are all about$$. 10% rent increases(minimum $100). Also, like to charge late fees even if rent is received before the 5th of the month. AND WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO UPGRADE THOSE HORRIBLE LAUNDRY ROOMS since they just raised everyone's rent!!

Forget about the laundry rooms. They've been promising to fix them since 2000 and obviously 8 years later nothing has changed. Do not hold your breath.
