These apartments are very nice upon first inspection. However since moving in we have had a lot of problems with house centipedes. It is a common problem here and is very annoying. You will be sitting at night relaxing getting ready to go to bed and PLOP a three inch long centipede lands on you - and they BITE!! They are well aware of this problem but they do nothing.

Also if anything breaks, be prepared for them to use parts off of other broken appliances. They will NEVER buy something new unless the stars and planets are in perfect alignment.

A big problem right now is broken heater and air units. They refuse to buy new ones and many of us are left with ones that do not work.

If you plan to not be home a lot and do not mind having broken appliances then this might be the place for you. If you want to live somewhere that feels like a home then stay away from this place!
