I lived at Kensington for a number of years. All worked out well while I lived there, however good luck getting your security deposit back. It took me having to drive over an hour back to Middletown from my current town in order to sue the ownership in Small Claims Court. The good thing is as soon as he received the summons, they called me to pay my security. The apartment had become very expensive over the 6 years I was there, with my rent starting at $700 for a 2 BR and ending at just under $1100! But, it's safe and clean.
