The price may be luxury, but not these apartments!
The builder was an idiot not to include peep holes in the door or provide more than 2 handicap entries in the entire complex!
There are several senior citizens living here and it is very difficult for them to climb steps just to get to their front door!
The fixtures are very cheap. The sink in the kitchen looks dull no matter how much you scrub it!
My apartment is soo cold from the drafts from the door and windows that I have to put the heat up to 80-85 just to feel warm. My electric bill was outrageous this year(over $190)!
The dryer is a joke. It takes me 6 hours to dry clothes! No matter how many pieces of clothing you put in it still takes a very long time to dry them.
The manager doesn't have a clue how to run the complex!
Safety is a definite issue! Some of the outside lights are out and haven't been replaced! There is definitely an apartment engaged in drug trafficking!
Mailboxes are still on the street. They have been building this complex for 3 years and its still NOT completed.
Since last year the apartments have gone up $75. Along with the increase in rent there is also an increase in the security deposit!!! Outrageous!
These apartments are definitely NOT luxury!
The price certainly doesn't fit the apartment.
They may look good on the outside but thats about it!
