Very nice and spacious, but expensive for the area.

My husband and I have lived at Regency Club for almost a year. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 spare room, 1.5 bath, upstairs apartment. The apartment is very nice and large. There is a tennis court, playground, and a clubhouse with a gym. Parking is o.k, but not the best. There are limited spots in front of the apartments themselves and they are unassigned. So at times you have to walk a bit to get to your door. It's not bad unless you have to carry groceries in or something. We just received our lease renewal, and the monthly rent not only went up but they are requesting an additional amount to add to the security deposit. Like I said in the summary - very nice and spacious, but expensive.
