I have lived a the Regency club for a year. These are NOT luxury apartments by any means. They do appear bright and spacious but they were built very poorly and the management is a nightmare to deal with. It took several months to actually get into these apartments because the construction was delayed. Once we finally moved in, it was a huge disappointment. The list of repairs that were needed was an entire page long and included simple things such as screens for the windows, covers for the cable boxes, chips in the tub, etc. The parking spots are so close together that I now have a nice collection of scratches and paint marks from other vehicles on both sides of my car.
The apartments are expensive and utilities are high. Our Gas and Electric bill average about $160 a month top that off with phone and cable and you are quickly paying close to $1500 a month for an apartment in Middletown. Take it from someone who lives there - they are not worth it!
