Definitely not worth the money they are asking for it!

When you move into a nice complex and spend close to $1200 a month you except your parking lot and walk ways to be cleaned in a timely manner, not the case at the Regency Club.
It took close to 3 months after we gave a security deposit to even get into the apartments.
My particular building was poorly built. Sinks put in backwards, washing machine not even hooked up, dishwasher was left on and thus damaged, and it took months for the repairs to be completed.
The so-called fitness center claiming to have TVs hooked up, are to this day still not hooked up, there but not hooked up.
Management is difficult to work with.
