I saw some of the negative reviews about the regency club and I felt my duty to comment. Although everyones living experience is unique, I wanted to disagree with the comments expressed by others.

We are one of the first people to live in the regency club while it was being constructed. We saw the place raw and the finished product. Although we had to deal the construction debri during the first months, we found the management, maintenance and construction crew very curtious and helpful. Even with the little complaints, the maintanence staff arrived with a smile. The manager was always hands on, walking about, making sure people were happy and when they weren't, it was taken care of in a timely manner.

Thins weren't perfect in the beginning but we are happy and amazed at how the place turned out. We have nice neighbors and a pretty apartment with no complaints.

We have no intentions of leaving any time soon and highly recommend nice people to move in.
