My husband and I have lived at the apartments since they opened a couple years ago. As everyone states that the apartments are very expensive to live in and whereas they look nice from the outside...inside the construction is very cheaply done. Only one coat of primer is on the walls and no paint! Therefore, any mark on the wall is there for life. You can't wash it off as you just end up washing the primer off - been there done that! The carpet is very thin and stains very easily. Besides the inner cosmetics of the buildings, the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear everything.

However, the worse thing is the Management! They have sent a half a dozen memos out stating 'new policies' which need to be enforced - yet never are. And as the Management Office doesn't enforce the policies the tenants take it upon themselves to attempt to enforce them which as you can imagine ends up with feuds, wars, and at times damage to tenants own personal property such as their cars. And the Management Office still does nothing.

Attempting to bring the issue of 'Lack of Management' of their own policies to the Management Office is futile.

Therefore if you are looking to rent one of these apartments, I would recommend thinking about it very carefully! We are going to be moving out soon, and here's one for you.....we are one of the last original tenants to still be at the property. All but a handful have moved out because of the problems listed.

I wouldn't dare take any chances of signing a lease at this place after reading this reviews!
