Things are going downhill here fast. More people are moving out every month. The turnover is ridiculous. It should be a BIG sign since the apartments are really decent. There are obviously a lot of problems here. These are a few of the negative things we have encountered at The Regency Club.
The local police departments are here regularly for a variety of different calls. The property manager is hardly ever here and RARELY returns any phone calls. We have had problems that required emergency service such as no heat or A/C and water leaks. After calling the answering service no one returns the call. There is a clubhouse on site and people rent it often. People have been known to rent it for their relatives or friends and there can be nasty crowds that leave garbage everywhere and take up ALL the parking, leaving residents with a lack of respect for the HIGH rents the complex charges.
It may look like a good idea from the outside, but The Regency Club in the Town of Wallkill is NOT A GOOD IDEA. Do not rent here. You will be sorry as soon you settle in and by then you will have signed a lease that makes you angry every month you have to pay rent and deal with all the problems above and then some.

I couldn't agree with you more,I've been here since the opening and I've seen so many people come and go.Things just aren't the same and for the money we pay for rent its not worth it.I am so happy that my lease will be up soon b/c i can't wait to get out of here.

Well, I totally disagree. Good thing you have decided to move since you dislike the regency so much. I have been at regency since they first open (across from the clubhouse incidently) and have never encountered any of the issues either of you have stated. The management has been diligent, any maintenance issues have been addressed, I always have a parking spot and have only seen people in the clubhouse on rare occasions. And I always get a return phone call. I think the regency club is a good place to live with friendly neighbors. Frankly, I don't care who moves in or out as long as my apartment is maintained to my satisfaction. I think the place you live is how you make it and you seen what else is out there.

Seems since u live across from the Clubhouse,your well taken care of my mgt.but the rest of the development is left to rot.

The person that wrote the positive review is obviously not a tenant, but a member of the Management team...sad really!
