I moved into the Regency Club three years ago and never had a problem. In fact, for financial reasons, I had to leave only to come back, I have never found nicer apartments, nice neighbors and really safe. My phone calls are always returned. Sad rules had to placed but that is the fault of parents who let their children go and do without supervision only to destroy property, or knock people down as it happened. Lot's of kids play here nicely, good parenting, the ones who didn't teach their children right from wrong....we need rules.. if you don't appreciate the homes, the management.. move. I love living here and Ron and Mich are great caring people, God Bless them for putting up with some of the people who write crappy reviews behind backs. If I ever had a problem, it is dealt with in my home, the regency!

Well if we put our real names out there mgmt.would be sure to make us suffer even more then we already do,glad your so thrilled with this place you must be in the better section of the development to have said such wonderful comments-what a fool you are to have come back to this dump!

I AM LOOKING TO RENT IN THIS DEVELOPMENT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME COMMENTS/PROS/CONS (REAL ONES!!!). I LIVE IN IMPERIAL RIDGE COMPLEX, NICE APTS, I AM LOOKING TO MOVE (NEED A CHANGE OF SCENERY) AND WAS CONTEMPLATING THE REGENCY CLUB. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN HAVE UNRULY, INCONSIDERATE RESIDENTS , AND BAD ASS KIDS ANYWHERE. ANY COMMENTS?? (REAL ONES, NOW. PLEASE)

Yeah, come live where a suspected murderer lived! Lot's of media attention on this one and free advertising for the Regency.
