I have lived at the Regency Culb since the beginning , in fact I was the first tenant in my building (moving in by choice before it was ready) .
My personal opinion is that the Regency Club is the best that Middletown has to offer and has a professional, knowledgable and very helpfull staff . Management always goes out of their way to help . They are always courteous and friendly .
I have read some of the other reviews and they appear to have their facts mixed up !
There were comments about only some renters having parking tags ....not true as everyone has at least one tag . Also there isn't assigned parking so at times parking can be an issue but it is because of some inconsiderate neighbors and not the management .I have read comments about inadequate painting in the apartments and it coming off the walls . I think you will find that paints scuffs on most walls (yes even new houses) = so get a paint brush and touch it up , they will give you the paint !
I think some of these complaining renters ( and others) treat apartments like they would a rental car , they know it isn't theirs so why bother to take care of it (including throwing cigarette butts and garbage on the grounds) ' Having said that the grounds are clean and well maintained , in spite of those people.
The construction is what you would expect for "builder quality" and very comfortable for an apartment .It is nice to have washer/dryer in each unit , large kitchen and the 9' ceilings make it feel very spacious .I looked at 10 apartment complexes in the area before picking the Regency as the best for the buck !
Unfortunately there will always be that noisey neighbor or kids doing things they are not supposed to do , don't blame the management as it isn't their responsibility. Blame the inconsiderate adults and those that don't exert and parental controls on their children.
I have met many really nice neighbors and a few that are inconsiderate of others but overall my living experience here has been a very good one .
Kudos to the Management team , keep up the good work !

I happen to take good care of my apt.and still encounter many problems w/poor quality-u can keep this crappy development all to yourself,there are much better places out there.
