Don't waste your money or time with this development. I have lived here since they were first build,i was the 1st person to live in my apt.In the beginning everything seemd ok but then reality set in & i soon saw the truth . Over the past few years I have noticed that manangement just doesn't care about keeping up with maintenance here, Nor does she commit to the numerous polices handed out.I have read some of the reviews left and can't believe that tenants would recommend this place,they must be good friends w/mgmt.or live in the "GOOD" section of the property. I have never seen a place with so much turnover,its a huge sign that things aren't good. There are a few good neighbors but then you have those people who abuse things,like the pool,community center and fitness center. For the amount of money paid out in rent you'd except better care of the amenties but NO thats not the case. As for the apt.themselves the only good things are the 9ft ceilings,washer&dryer in unit and 2 bathrooms,if your lucky enough to get a top unit you also get a balcony(which only overlooks the parking lot so there is no privacy) & a storage closet but with added cost.Everything else is cheap,the carpet is poor quality and the primer paint on the walls scuffs easily(even with proper upkeep),i take good care of my apt. & don't treat it like "RENTAL". For those tenants who just love it here good for you-stay in this "GHETTO" ,keep it!
