I have lived in the regency club for about a year. The property is kept very nice. The problems i have here is the management and a family of "MOUTH BREATHERS" that reside in my building and the next. "this" family was basically harrassing me and my family for 2 months. There is so much domestic violence that happens with this family-that i feel like im the one living it! i might as well have moved to the projects. No matter how many times it was brought up the property manager on sight-nothing was ever or still has ever been done.Excuses, excuses and excuses were made for this family.These people were supposed to be evicted so many times!! The property manager dealt with things so passively-it was like you never even said anything to her about it. She seemed not to want to do her job-at all. I know i have not been the only person to complain about this family. You must have to be in good with the property manager in order to get away with these things. Luckily, there has been a switch over in management. The regency club is very appealing to the eye-pool, gym, luxury apartments but the one thing it does lack is better screening when letting these "ghetto" people ruin this potentially great place.

I totally agree with you about Regency. The former property manager just gossiped about everyone. I've visited several other "luxury" properties in Poughkeepsie and they put The Regency Club to shame. The parking signs they have up is a joke. They don't patrol the area as they "threatened" to do. I, too, agree about the people that are moving in. Sterling Properties will be building "luxury" apartments soon. They will be located near Dolsontown Road. I've visited several properties by the builder and they are very nice! Top of the line appliances. Even the apts located in Goshen are extremely nice. I now see a lot of people are moving. I hope to follow soon.
