Bought my very first place, a one-bedroom co-op in Tara Close in the late 80s. Lived there until early 90s. Some of my neighbors were nice, and maintenance people were okay, but I thought the building sucked (no offense). The walls were paper thin, unit came with only one AC so it got very hot in summer, appliances were dated and the place was INFESTED with cockroaches! Hopefully that's changed since my day, but I remember using a bug spray my mother-in-law used in Africa - didn't do a thing. had my place on the market for a year, sold it at a loss and was happy to do so. b-bye Tara Close!
