Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The apartment looks very good but don't get fooled by the looks. The wooden floors make it very noisy, specially if you live donwstairs. KItchen is very small.
Otherwise it is good apartment. Management is attentive and helpful. Area is close to everything.
