I am underneath people that have NO consideration and make A LOT of noise throughout the night which is against the rules of the lease, but management has done hardly anything about it. That plus the cheap hardwood floors and cracking sounds that come from the walls as people walk around (and run around) upstairs makes this apartment too noisy to get any sleep in. Parking is enough, but visitors constantly park in the tenant parking area which is also against the rules. I sometimes have to park in visitor's parking. The apartment is at least 80 degrees throughout the winter with the windows open. The toilet upstairs has overflowed and soaked half of my bedroom ceiling and both closet ceilings along with clothes as well as about a 4sq.ft. section of my carpet. Management has repainted most of the stained sheetrock but there is still a musty smell throughout the place. I can't wait until my lease is over! Renter beware!
