Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
No control over thermostat does make it hot in winter. It does get noisy living on the first floor. Apartments are being completely renovated as new tenants come in. Parking is generally good. Grounds are well-maintained. Management is very responsive to tenants' needs. Location is very convenient.
