Recommended No control over thermostat does make it hot in winter. It does get noisy living on the first floor. Apartments are being completely renovated as new tenants come in. Parking is generally good. Grounds are well-maintained. Management is very responsive to tenants' needs. Location

very noisy The apartment looks very good but don't get fooled by the looks. The wooden floors make it very noisy, specially if you live donwstairs. KItchen is very small.

Best bet you can afford nearest NYC, if from out of town Beautiful buildings near Smithtown Bypass (Nesconset Highway or NYS Route 347). Midway 4 miles between LIRR Smithtown Station and LIE I-495--either way, nearly 60 miles from Manhattan. Large picture windows won´t open, due to building
