Great Apartments - Lousy Neighborhood

Compared to another Avalon that I am currently living in this is by far a better establishment. I lived in the Avalon on the Sound for 1.5 years until I moved out of state for a year. The advantages of this buidling is for one it is new. No broken interior fixtures or peeled up plastic (kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer) tiles nor badly stained carpets. Nor do you have infestation of unwanted insects. At the Avalon on the Sound you have white washed wooden kitchen floors and ceramic tiles in the bathroom. There is a fitness center, a place to deposit your out going mail, and a front desk who always there to pick up your dry cleaning and packages. You have a business center and a conference room. Parking is covered and management is excellent. The maintenance crew is well staffed and answer promptly. The totality of these features are lacking or non-existent at another Avalon I am currently living in. The only disadvantage of this Avalon is the neighborhood which is lousy (it speaks for itself) something which I am not dealing with right now. If you ask if its worth paying the prices at the Avalon on the Sound my answer is yes after paying prices that are comparable with only a tenth of the service that I am currently dealing with. I like it so much that I may even transfer back. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
