Computer Room closing latest sign of BAD management

I never used the computers, but I did use the faxes and copiers. Of course, after 4 months, you had to supply your own paper, but that's fine, apparently folks were stealing paper. And this was before the onslaught of weirdos described in the other posts!!!
Then, they claimed they closing the computer room because, get this --- there was no demand.
Those things were often occupied and the excuse to close the room probably resulted from kids using them for porn more than anything else. That's fine too. But come on, we were PAYING for that room with our $500 amenity fee. How many other amenities does Avalon get to unilaterally cancel without consutling the people paying the bill' They claimed at the time that they were going to replace the room with another amenity. It has been closed for more than 4 months months with NOTHING there. The helpful staff tellus that there never was any plan to change it, just close it.
Is the pool next'
The gym is disgusting as well. They buy a single bottle of wipes once a year and then the holder for the wipes goes empty for months.
What is up with the scatchitti and body fluids in the elevator' I noticed, like the poster below that people often (like more than once a week) spit on the floors and it doesn't get cleaned up. Disgusting.
As for the students, most of them have quieted down. Saturday nights are the worst, but only if you happne to have one on your floor.
They are finally cracking down on illegal parking - its about time.
Well, as long as you avoid the spit, the barf, the students, the graffiti, the noise and the weirdos hanging out in the lobby, you are all right.
