Comfortable, but lease team sleazy

Basic housing, good staff.
Make sure you pry them for a free month. They will give it to you if you press on a 1 yr. Make sure they put everything in writing and guarentee the price quote for at least three days, or they will up it on you.
Beside rent you pay $500 for amenities, ie gym. $20. per month for trash, and all utilities are thru their own company. They charge extra for a reserved parking space.

Make sure the apt they show you is the apt you get. the lease says the tenant has to provide entry within 30 days of end of lease.
Make sure how many Iona students are on your floor. Noise Factor at night can be loud!!!!
