Things are constantly broken and not fixed. On the outer appearance, it seems like a nice place. then once you move in, you start noticing all the problems. Elevators are always out of service. Bathrooms are dirty and not maintained well. Areas of the building have broken A/Cs and so there are hot areas. Carpets are stained with God knows what. Laundry room washer and dryers are constantly broken. Gym equipment is constantly broken. By the way, the gym wreaks. Some areas of the apartments smell bad, from the dogs that are peeing everywhere and nothing is being done about it. It's disgusting. Outside on the sidewalk, there's poop everywhere. It just seems like you are paying so much money for absolutely no reason, but they make you think that you are paying for all this luxury. I don't feel luxurious at all.
The only pro I will say is that it's relatively safe here in New Rochelle.
