Expensive but convenient

I've lived here for the past 9 months and I must say that though it is a bit pricey it is actually quite convenient. Almost everything is walking distance, grocery store, train station, post office, movie hall etc. the only problem we have had so far is with the elevators. only 2-3 of the 6 elevators are functional at any given time. maintenance requests have been addressed promptly so far.
