here it is august 14th and since the begining of the year the garage elevator is not working or should it is the norm in this building the nr fire dept has been there at least 50 times for elevator rescues (people trapped) and it seems that the office help could care less, if you park in a spot on the lower level with your car tag in your windshield they do not notify you but they just call the towing company even though they know the garage elevator is out of service

Avoid Avalon. With the money you are paying to them, you can get other apartments with higher quality service. They totally ruin your life.
