This is the worst apartment complex I have ever been to. I don't know where to start. Since you are paying at least $1800 living in this place, it is not totally unreasonable to expect high quality service and staffing.

* I start with the parking service. They give you these tags that you have to put on the front mirror whenever you park the car. Once I put the tag in a place that was visible from outside but not on the mirror. They towed the car away. That was not the worst part. The bad part was that the towing contractor was 15 miles aways from the apartment! Isn't that retarded' There are several other towing companies in the area! This is not still the worst part, when I told the manager at the towing company that the tag was visible, he insisted that the Avalon management told them to tow the car if the tag was not on the mirror, and guess why!' because Avalon is getting money from the towing company for each car that they tow! I forgot to tell that the car was damaged by the towing company. They force opened the doors with a metal bar to release the hand brake and that ruined the paint around the door and scratched the plastic. By the way, I am paying $50 for my parking spot. Isn't that sweet!' If you have a highend car and you love you car, just don't ever ever ever park you car at Avalon. If you don't believe me just look at other reviews here and see how many people has complained about parking and towing.

I have to add this to my review. Last night, around 1 A.M., there was this drunk guy in the hall way knocking on someone's door repeatedly. He was shouting "Dude, can you cut me a deal tonight'! please ...". Then, after 15 minutes of shouting, he went inside. My wife and I were both pretty scared as it seemed this guy was trying to get drugs or something. I seriously don't know wtf he was doing there' Don't believe anything they say about safety!

* Some of the equipments in the apartments are really old. AC is a nightmare. The units are really old and make a very loud noise when you turn them on. Good luck sleeping with the AC on.

* Their penthouse is useless, basically nothing works in there.

* They increase the rent 100$ every year! So, you'll be paying more than $2000 for a studio after a year or two.
