We have lived all over the world and have sampled many different apartments. This is by far the best. Reasons:
Staff: very friendly, helpful and courteous; from maintainance personal to management, everyone always has a smile on their face.
Common grounds: always clean, always lovely.
Top of Roc: well maintained, beautiful place.
Gym: Excellent and clean.
Our apartment: Stunning! Absolutely stunning!
Pool: lovely, clean.
Over all, a safe beautiful apartment complex with friendly neighbours and friendly staff.

Why when people are happy and write a positive review do people make nasty comments like these? I certainly do not work for Avalon. We pay a fortune for our apartment, but it is worth it. I would never lie about anything and am most offended by this comment.

haha- I am another resident of the building and had the same reaction to your review! What friggin building do YOU live in? the pool is Stunning? It is all of 12 feet long and about 4 feet deep with views of the 6 level parking garage!
