Another fight outside right now, a girl has gone mad breaking beer glasses, it's very usual here. I am sick of drunk women shouting on the hallways, some kids are scared of them. This is just like a cheap college dorm, so if you have kids, be careful. Can't wait to move out...

I agree with you i have also experienced watching a man sitting out front completely intoxicated throwing twisted tea bottles all over the place. Who screens these tenants? A total disgrace. Something really needs to be done.

I live on the sixth floor, and this barking dog is driving me crazy... They said they would do something, but nothing has happened. They just put another letter under their door.... Their supposed threats of action are useless.... The dog barks way past 12 on many nights, and is my 6 AM alarm clock. Also the wiring is of concern. My lights flicker and the garbage disposal is like the lottery.. play with the switch,,, it works, play again, no luck... Also the noise level is horrible. If you are arguing with your significant other, the whole hall will know.

I agree with you on the outside fights. On New Years, two cars came into the court chasing a third car. Several girls them jumped out and one girl starting attacking the driver. When the police arrived, the girl actually assaulted the officer, which was followed be her getting trounced upon by five other officers. I have the whole thing recorded. That same night, but hours later, police on several occasion ran into the building for something. I think there was an out of control party somewhere on one of the floors. In early 2008, a massive crowd of 50 college/high school kids were hanging outside, which was later dispersed by Police. This also happened again in early 2009. Finally, let us not forget that the fire department is here ever week. Not sure what is going on with that.

This building is a DISGRACE. We need to report this to Channel 5 News and the District Attorney. Watch how quickly things change after that.
