The staff is unprofessional. I had a lot of problems moving in because the leasing agents failed to tell me important information when signing the lease. Although they were at fault, they blamed me and refused to give me the apartment even though I traveled 12 hours to move in that day. After everything was resolved, my apartment was not ready. The walls were still being painted and there was a gaping hole in my bathroom because the vanity was being replaced.

It's either really hot or really cold in the apartment. The water is not always hot and sometimes is brown.

The apartments are overpriced and not worth it. I have to pay for a parking space and my hubcaps were also stolen when parked. I do not suggest living in that area or in those apartments. You can find a place cheaper, safer, and in better condition.
