When my pregnant wife and I moved from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment, we told the realtors we were looking for more room and a quiet place for our new addition. They never told us when we moved to our new apartment that we would be directly underneath a group of loud and disrespectful Monroe college students. The noise is incredible and occurs at all hours of the day and night.
And heavens forbid you should call the front desk. The uneducated girls who man the front office are both incompetant and rude when you call. Also, being on the first floor has given us an up close and personal view of giant roaches that migrate up from the basement.
Do yourselves a favor and don't move here. It isn't worth it. Nobody will care that you are paying big bucks and getting no services in return. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
