I lived there for 2 year. It was roach infested when you asked to get a exterminator and they provide one the exterminator himself tell us to get a different product our self because whatever they provide doesn t work. They have the most unprofessional staff; the buildings are not cleaned after snow on a timely manner. I was trying to vacate property and they booted my Uhaul truck then said that I was in a no parking zone, which it was the loading an un-loading zone I had to pay $40 to get the boot off. Tried to speak to them in getting my money the manager at the head office was the most unprofessional person I have ever encounter. The staff is all a bunch of uneducated people. NEVER RENT THERE
