Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived at Harbor House for 2 years. I must say I dont agree with these reviews.From the time I inquired about the apartment the office staff was very friendly and professional. Upon my move in I found the apartment and building to be well kept.
the 2 years I was there I did not experience any insect/ rodent infestation. I will however say that there were numerous construction projects which caused several inconvenience to my family.
They way I see it they had no choice. At least they were updating the building.
New courtyars, new sides walks, update the garage etc.
The only reason I moved was due to job relocation but I would move back to Harbor House no questions asked.
My advise is to check it out yourself.
