I have lived in Harbor House for 30 years and have had numerous problems over the years that have never been properly attended to. Very bad leaking in bathroom that has never been properly fixed (two years ago my bathroom walls actually fell down and they re-did the sheetrock but still never fixed the leaks and my ceiling is starting to fall again), extremely leaky windows, FREEZING COLD in the winter, along with gigantic roaches that crawl up through the non-working heaters. There is black mold growing around windows and in bathroom tiles. Garbage and recycling facilities have been placed inconveniently behind farthest back building. Laundry machines break down often and steal money from expensive laundry cards. There is no security despite what the Harbor House website says. We havent had a decent playground for years. Maintenance office is inattentive, rude and difficult to deal with, and always has been. Back parking lot should be open to visitors as there is absolutely no parking anywhere in the area ever.
This complex has been deteriorating for years and is only getting worse.

i read your review and it is ver conflicting. I don't know why you would chose to live in a place for 30 plus years which such horrible service. There must be something keeping you there. LOW RENT????

The rent at harbor house is not low. For these outdated and poorly maintained apartments, it's so overpriced it isn't funny.
