It is not a large apartment complex, 100 in total. Half of them have beautiful view of long island sound, but the other half face the parking lot.

My 1-bed apt has tons of space, which is the reason I chose here over Avalon on the Sound. I have never had any problem with noise from New Roc Entertainment Complex downstair, but my neighbor has another story. Most apartment comes with W/D. There is a common laundry room on each floor for those without.

The landlord decided to convert this place to Coop. The price is low but the fee is super high, considering the coop doesn't own its land, which belongs to the city of New Rochelle. We will miss this place.

The maintenance fee for Summit at New Roc/Lofts at NEw Roc will start at $1500 a month--yes, $1500 a month (for studios) which doesn't include mortgage. 1 bedrooms are $1800 a mth maintenance. The building is practically empty now because no one in their right mind is going to pay that kind of maintenance. Remember maintenance is something the increase... Plus the walls are paper thin, there is mold in the bathrooms and the windows leak whenever it rains. don't get me know Summit is nice and it has the potential to be better--in fact, they upgrading the place as we speak.
