I have lived here for 3 years and have grown to call it my home. Unfortunately due to the recent price increases I am looking for a new place to live. The apartments are big and beatiful with the best amenities you could ask for. Recent remodeling has added a bigger gym and a better business center. Besides, there is a Bally right downstairs for those that prefer something with more options. The grocery store is conveniently located and the train to manhatten is so close I find it easy to live out here without a car, but it's better with one. The commute to the city is fast and simple.

I have had some experience in the past with mainatinance problems, but they were always corrected efficiently.

Future renovations are converting the apartments to a step beyond luxery. If you are looking for high end apartments and aren't afraid of high prices you should definately take the time to come look. The corner 2 bedrooms are absolutely beautiful and have a floorplan that makes them feel like a house.

I'm sad to leave my home, but the price won't allow me to stay.
