I'VE BEEN LIVING @ SOUTHGATE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW & MUST SAY THAT ITS NOT AS BAD AS PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN ABOUT. I WAS SHOWN THE APARTMENT & IT WAS CLEAN & APPLIANCES WERE CLEAN ALSO. WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM, THE OFFICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY & SENDS THE GUYS OUT QUICKLY. WITHIN A DAY (OR 2 MAX) MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED. RENT IS REASONABLE. MY NEIGHBORS KEEP TO THEMSELVES & I HAVE MY OWN PARKING SPOT. (VISITORS MUST PARK OUT BY THE CURB) THERES SEVERAL LAUNRY ROOMS & THEY'RE ALWAYS OPEN.
I'VE GOTTEN LOCKED OUT & THE MAINTENANCE GUY CAME WITHIN MOMENTS TO LET ME IN TO MY APARTMENT.
