Feral cats spraying urine all over the place; jumping onto window ledges and spraying the windows, screens and, if windows are open, your drapes, window sills etc. Management does nothing. Animal Control does nothing. You are SOL. During heavy rainstorms the water leaks inside the unit and all across your ceiling onto your furniture, carpeting, inside ceiling light fixtures, etc. Management does nothing. The manager of this property is the biggest ----- I have ever met in my life, and that is saying something! She has a completely confrontational demeanor and treats residents as though they are ---- on the soles of her shoes. You are either scum of the earth or an idiot child to this woman. The parking is horrible. Even though there is a parking permit required, no one ever checks or does anything about cars parked without a permit. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. AND EVEN THEN, TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
