It's not that bad, perhaps it all depends on location in the building...

We have lived here for 4 years and are now starting our 5th. Yeah, you can hear your neighbors, but that's NYC apartment living. The ventilation does suck, and the windows are a bit thin...But over all, it's really not too bad, especially when they brought the rent down. It's a bit pricey for a one bedroom. Doorman are mostly great. And the place is mostly clean. The rental office folks suck, they are a bit cocky and really don't know what they are talking about. Wannabe Donald Trumps...not gonna work. You got to be firm with these people. We live in the back corner of the building, which has been generally quiet. Our neighbors, which have come and gone, have been great, and no real issues. If you are going to live in an apartment in NYC or any urban environment, you're going to have to deal with noise, ventilation issues, ------ people and expensive horse ----...it's how it works. Don't like it...move to the country land. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
