Horribly built

I have been living in 10 Hanover for 8 months and the walls are so thin I can hear a neighbor "using" the bathroom at times. I'm woken up early in the morning by my neighbor's alarm clock, too. You can hear everyone and anyone stomping around their apartment. Although I am young, the building is extremely young and too many dogs. You can hear the young people running up and down the halls yelling and they all seem to have little dogs they don't train and leave home alone to bark throughout the night. However, I have given my complaints to Steven (building manager) and he seemed to be interested in solving my noise problems. However, the main noise problem is due to poor construction. I highly recommend one of the many luxury buildings in the downtown area for the same price or lower even (2 Gold, 99 John, 45 John, 88 Greenwich) I have friends in each of those buildings with larger apartments, lower rent, and you don't hear your neighbors as if they're in the same room. The door staff is amazing! I'm sad to leave in August.
