Do not rent here From: rownyc Date posted: 5/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   So we were told many things and lied to just as many times. 1. We moved in August and were told the Roof Deck and Second Floor Lounge would be open by October and its now May 10th and they are "hoping" for it to be finished by June. I am guessing July at the earliest. 2. The apartment is NOISY. IF you do not live on the 12th or higher floor, you will hear EVERYTHING that goes on down at the street. Which considering they are jack-hammering Water/Pearl St constantly can lead to trouble. Also, inside the apartment you can hear the people in the next apartment talking/having sex. 3. Management group is the worst ever. They do not reply to emails, dodge phone calls and have done 0 to help us out since moving in. I would NOT recommend this apartment building to anyone. Gold St is a better look for what you want or Maiden Lane.
