Wow, look at the rumors on this board! First thing I did when I read these messages was call the leasing office (I recommend you do the same.) The building is basically done. The gym is not going anywhere.

Before you get caught up with all the junk people write on this site just go to the source. I have found that the doormen and the leasing office are incredibly helpful when I have a question.

Man, do you live here? Because the building is nowhere near almost done. Go peeking around the top floors or check out the "lounge" via the 4th floor. These jerks had the audacity to send official notice of the lounge and roofdeck opening June 1st. Today is June 8th and still no dice on either. (Oh, and when I signed the lease, these things were supposed to be done before Jan 1st. 2006.) I feel majorly ripped off. This place is a total sham.

They told me it would be done in November 2005!! I don't blame the office staff though. I think they were duped like the rest of us. Actually, I walked into the lounge today and it's beautiful! Trust me, I was a huge complainer back in August '05 when I moved in but it's a good building. Anytime I had a problem the office staff were right on it. The leasing people are great too.
My complaints were always about construction and not the building itself. Look at the complaints on this website as they are mostly about construction. It's taken a long, long time but the results are very nice.

Who said the gym was going anywhere? The problem is not that not all tenants have access to it--many have been told they cannot join because only one membership (paid or unpaid) comes with the apartment.

Also, the building is nowhere near done. We don't even have the tenants lounge we paid for!
