This place is great. Highly recommended. From: JWeinstein Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Great service, nice apartments, luxury building. You won't find a better gym. The doormen are the nicest I have ever experienced. The residents are also very nice and welcoming. I have at least one conversation with a resident everyday whether it's in the lobby, on the elevator or in the gym, such a good crowd. My apartment is a studio with home office which I would call a 1BR because it is so big. The materials used are high quality and the details are wonderful. I notice something new all the time like all the electrical outlets in my place. It is the little things that do make a difference. Really, no complaints. The area is quieter at night and on the weekends which I really like. If you are looking for a place to unwind but near it all I recommend the area. I was hesitant when I moved here from the Upper East Side but the crowd is much more hip (at least compared to the UES) and we're close to everything. I don't have a car but imagine parking is a hassle as it is everywhere in the City.
