Top Quality, Best Staff, Great Neighbors From: YoelWein Date posted: 7/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The headline says it all. The Concierge and front staff are the best! I feel like they are truly my friends. They know everyone by their names and always greet us when we come in. The Management office is on point and always fix things in a sufficient amount of time. The facilities are of the highest quality as is everything else in the builing. My "studio with home office" is larger than my old 1 bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is booming! You have a choice of so many bars in the area but you also have the choice of peace and quiet which you just don't get below 14th street these days. Great place for dogs. Not too many kids live here which I think is a good thing but there would be things for them to do as the lounge has pool tables and other games. My kitchen looks like it can be in a magazine and the bathrooms are so nice! I have tons of closet space and I bought a bike because 10 hanover has a bike room. I signed a 1 year lease and only wish I signed for 2 years. I plan on being here for a long, long time.
