Renewing My lease From: michelej7899 Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have to say I am a little surprised about the complaints on this board. I just received my renewal letter for my lease and I am a little upset the rent is going up but I am definitely resigning. The staff here are incredible (I dont know how they are able to remember everyones names) and yea some things in my apartment have broken but they get fixed pretty quickly. There are some younger people in the building who tend to get rowdy on the weekends but since the building is close to some schools I guess it makes sense. One complaint I do have is that you can hear what goes on in other apartments I have someone who must wear heels 24/7 b/c all I hear is the banging on the floor. Other than that the gym is great and the lounge is really cool.
