I really like 10 Hanover. I wasnt one of the original groups of people that moved in while the building was under massive construction so I can understand why some people are upset but really....what do you expect in NYC moving into a building that is under MAJOR construction. Either way, I moved in a few months ago and really feel at home here. Granted, I am one of those "college - age" kids that people on this message board seem to love complaining about but it seems to me that half these people just love to complain b/c they have nothing better to do with themselves. Yes I smoke cigarettes and I may play my music loud but its on the weekends and I have every right to enjoy my apartment as much as you do.

Anyway, the point of my post is to say that I do love 10 Hanover. The front desk staff are great and the management office, while extremely busy, manages to get my issues straightened out. There were som billing and a leak issue that they took care of quickly and professionally.

And for all of the people who love to complain here on this board.....if you dont like it...LEAVE. No one is forcing you to stay. You will certainly make my life better by leaving.
